err "Kiss" but thats not the rap parts. I dont know I remember arrested Development has sampled Prince before in the song "Tennessee"

I could hear the cadence that made you think it sounded like that, I thought it was from a very popular/famous song and I was just not making the connection.

Olerris, Love you man, but Sugar Ray isn't even close.

If you watched the whole video, yes, its a Prince song, done spectacularly, but the Prince song has no Rap, no Jazz scatting, just has a whole different flavor than the original.
