I got nothing to say about the article linked by OP, could be a bunch of FUD (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fear,_uncertainty_and_doubt). Could be one incident happened and was shitty and authentic but it's being made a real big deal of. When it's less of a terrorist problem and more of a kids booze and muslims problem.

I would say there's probably some truth to it. But the article was really badly written and kind of crappy journalism.

On topic though, this is just another development in the German (and greater European) immigration saga. We haven't had problems like this in the US.
