Lowest level a person can get exp with 55?

So I thought I did the math right, I know 40s can exp with 60s. 36 should be proper level for a 55 right? or does that math not work or not apply here? is it 37? or is it a flat level 40+ only? I was going off allas, which had the same ratio in one of a user comment posts ive seen on this site.

Just checking to see whether I need to go full back on to hit 40, or if 50% more exp just to get 37 and in range of a 55 will work.

I think it's level*1.3+1 is the highest you can exp with

In my experience, it's always been rounded down. 37 and 55 good. 37 and 56 bad. Haven't tried recently though, if it got changed...

I don't even round it. 37 * 1.5 = 55.5. Are you level 56? That's higher than 55.5, so nope. Are you level 55? That's lower than 55.5. Go ahead and exp.
