I would be happy if there were a reason for her to be president other than being female :(

That's not the reason she will be president, it's just a bonus.

I don't think our legion of Bernie supporters want anything to do with this thread let alone recognize it's existence, and even though I took a shot at her in the OP. But I guess I'd be the same if Cruz had stolen the nomination too.
And nothing good about Hillary, damn straight, but at least Bernie had a 'screw the establishment' message much like the Don does. So now this election becomes even more pivotal, establishment vs. anti-establishment.
That's big picture stuff, not just the microcosms of personally supported single minded issues. And if it's for me a protest vote, so be it, but it's not on the person but on wtf they are doing and whom they represent. And when I say "they", I'm not talking about the voters they stole the primary election from.
I certainly didn't op this thread to gloat over it. This sux.

lol just lol if you think Trump is anti-establishment. He may not play well with the current establishment, the problem is he is a mega-narcissist and wants himself to BE "the establishment". He is indisputably a fascist, see descriptions of from Wikipedia:
"a political aesthetic of romantic symbolism, mass mobilization, a positive view of violence, and promotion of masculinity, youth and charismatic leadership"
"Griffin describes the ideology as having three core components: "(i) the rebirth myth [Make America Great Again], (ii) populist ultra-nationalism [Merica first, fuck them Messicans and Mooslems] and (iii) the myth of decadence [we're gonna win so much, you'll get sick of winning!]"
"a form of political behavior marked by obsessive preoccupation with community decline, humiliation, or victimhood and by compensatory cults of unity, energy, and purity, in which a mass-based party of committed nationalist militants, working in uneasy but effective collaboration with traditional elites, abandons democratic liberties and pursues with redemptive violence and without ethical or legal restraints goals of internal cleansing and external expansion"
You can't tell me with a straight face that those don't all describe Trump's campaign to a T.
I have no love for Hillary but I am capable of objectively recognizing that she is the safest bet for our country out of this hellish election cycle

And what's this about "no love for Hillary"? I don't recognize you as having been among the vocal Bernie supporters here.

Was never a vocal Bernie supporter. I agreed with a lot of what he had to say early on in the cycle, but he really just went off the rails in the past several months and is now playing the part of big babby sore loser.
Hillary represents the least chance for sweeping changes, good or bad. The other 2 are likely gonna fuck some shit up and not in the way we need.

You say big baby sore loser, I say ripped off. And not just him, but against all his supporters. I've criticized him on some issues, but have given my agreement on his anti-establishment position here in a number of threads. Even the Don has voiced his opinion on this in the past, it's just wrong what they have done to him, much like your comment here. He's way better than Hillary, not to elude to Hillary as having anything good whatsoever.
