Currently playing a 14 bard on blue and thinking of going to the Overthere at 18 to swarm. What would be the best way to get there and can you bind by the outpost. Alternatively I could stay in east karana or SK to level if that would be better I'm not sure what's the most efficient but some of you all know.
Also in unrelated issue looking for a leveling guild on blue if there are any. Thanks for the help
