New To P99 Site - How do I Private Message?

Hello all; I am a EQ Vet from live servers. I've been off EQ for a long time. I'm looking to join P99 soon. I figured I would join this forum site, to help get ready and get to know about the community and server before I play. I'm waiting for my nice new computer.
If I had a private message to send to an Admin of this forum site. Or if I had a Private Message for a GM or a P99 staff member , how do I send a Private Message?
It says I'm not authorized for Private Message.
I've been on other forums over the years, and at times I want to send a helpful message to an Admin , or a question that I don't want viewed by all.
Sometimes certain things may be private when I don't want certain members to be able to view.
My messages would only be helpful to the staff and nothing inappropriate.
I just haven't been able to figure out how to send a private message and how do I find out who P99 staff members are. I figured certain staff members were assigned to handle personal messages from the community.
Any help is appreciated.

You may have to post a minimum number of times to be eligible for PM access; however, most questions can probably be answered by the community if you post here.

There are a few exceptionally prolific posters who require constant supervision and tend to keep the forum mods very busy.

I have something very important I need to inform an Admin, P99 Staff member or. P99 GM about. I will only respond if I can confirm it's an Admin.
I care about the community and I needed to do a Private Message with one of the three I listed.
If an Admin from this site has access abs communication to GM's and/or P99 staff...please send me a Private Message.
