3 accounts w/ lowbie chars (20 enchanter, 23 necro)

I have 3 accounts tied to my 1 eqemu account, I'd like to sell them all for some plat.... since I'm new here, I have no money and I'd like to get some money to help me get going to get some gear etc, even though it means starting over with leveling - it'll help me a lot in the long run.

Just curious - is this a fair price? I had been told ~5k for the enchanter alone, but since the necro is also 23 it seemed fair to me - but seriously, make me a solid offer and maybe we can come to an agreement.
