equip any torch underwater and you'll get this. On live you actually had to equip it underwater, not just have it equiped and take a swim.

On live, it worked from day 1 and still worked 2 years ago. Very few people knew about it on live since very few people actually used torches once kunark dropped, so everyone forgot about it. Pretty sure it is intentional.

I'm pretty sure it was a bug since it doesn't really make sense. Although it also doesn't make sense that they never used that badass model for any actual item.

Rhambuk is right. I didn't read page 2 before responding with the same thing. :) I also think it was early Velious era as I remember one of the wizards in my guild had it when we were farming Temple of Veeshan.
