Recent Server Issues

I know many of us are having this issue as of 6/28.

Random Lag and Disconnects. Forum/Wiki/Eqemu lag and timeouts.

We get kicked from game and/or cannot log in even as far as server select. During these "Episodes" the Wiki and p99 forums have been reported to be unresponsive and laggy. EQemu site also appears to be unresponsive or down during these times when myself and others who are having this issue.

Yeah looks like the Rogean's whole ip block (108.61.129.160/27) which means it's probably the hosting, but could be the provider in between also.

For the past two nights its been horrible here for me. Pretty much unplayable. Spell bar locking out and going LD. Also LD zoning and tells taking sometimes up to 30 or so seconds to send.

Yep i see same aswell. Also /tell lag but not /gu lag. Getting kicked to log in screen too , not just when zoning.

I /camped out the other day and next time I logged in was naked at bind. Never seen that happen before :S

im getting blank server list... no servers at all... been like that for the past hour+... i want to play EQ damnit!

I had this issue about a week ago, and it was good for a week, but back to random two minute lag spikes, and disconnects. As of right now, I can't even log in.

I'm getting the unknown error has occured while trying to connect to the server issue then timeouts

hmm routing I am looking at shows the traffic flowing through choopa.net space, which is known to host scraper bots

could possibly be part of the inconstant server performance issues

ive been having the issue for 3 days as of now..i have to fight to make it past the server list, then once in it runs great for about 1-5mins, then slowly gets worse and worse, from /tells taking longer and longer to send, to /gu not sending for a minute or so, to finally I try to cast a spell and spell bar locks up and takes 45seconds or more to actually cast the spell if it will at all, then finally I lag completely out, and cant do anything and just watch everything repeat the same paths over nd over but wont kick me off...
I use my phone for wifi hotspot but have NEVER had an issue before. and ive ran circles buffing people to raise skill in the EC tunnel during prime hours while sending tells and talking in guild and didn't have a twitch of lag...
I went and reinstalled the client and all files again tonight to see if thatd help and nothing..really hoping this gets resolved or I may have to quit as my main is a cleric and nobody wants a cleric that cant function for more than a 1-5minute period.....
