I noticed that the roads are wayyy to small for any ogre and it hit me, these ogres never built these roads! A single ogre foot is larger than the roads!

As well there are trees and other obstacles that block ogres and even trolls, barbarians even have a hard time following the roads:

But yet, these roads lead to their city, rathe mountains and even land of the trolls:

There is only one race habitating Feerrott small enough to use these roads, the Lizardmen! But, there is no roads leading to Cazic's temple. Did the lizardmen use to own Oggok but if so why are the holes the ogres use as housing soo large? Why not have a road to their temple? It couldn't of been the lizardmen but then who made them? There is only one explanation! BROWNIES! A long lost race of brownies must of traveled through here.

Well, creating and maintaining a trail requires a bit of organization, or everyone tending to take the path of least resistance (see desire path on Wikipedia), and I doubt ogres are smart enough to travel single file like the sand people, organized enough to follow trails like a bee, or clever/delicate enough to take the path of least resistance. The idea of bushwhacking through the jungle every time you set out seems perfectly Ogrish to me.

Freeport used to have a much more extensive sphere of power.

I think Sgt. Slate used to patrol from Rathe Mountains through Feerrott, through Innothule, and then through the deserts to commonlands. When giants moved into the deserts of Ro, Slate said fuck this, I'm too close to retirement to get whacked by a dumb giant with a spoon.

Bouncer Hurd made it by dragging the hapless noob corpses he compiled.

Obviously.

There are no paths in the Feerrott, merely desire lines?

Ogres used to be smarter. Provably remnants of whatever was there prior.

Whoever formed paths in Norrath was completely wasted anyway, not one of em take the straight path and they always weave back and forth.

Oggok was formed after they got cursed. Think the last war ogres fought was in Faydwer, then they retreated to the swamps and named the new city "revenge" with plans to rise again, but future generations kept getting dumber as they were born and this is what they are now.

Didn't ogres control a vast empire before they got hit with a curse and made stupid?

I think one of the devs/zone modelers working at Verant/Sony made those roads

The notable exception being the Karanas.

I think one of those bouncer just has a huge cock, which he drags along and creates roads.
