I'm offering Druid power leveling service to the rich and/or lazy of any character class between levels 1 and 30 for 2k an hour (current rate--it will rise w/ demand).
Leveling speed varies considerably (after 15 or so) based on your class/skill/gear, so I can't give specific time estimates for 'X level to Y level,' but I've never heard any complaints. In fact, most of my customers are consistent regulars.
Look up old posts to confirm that I am awesome.

Note:
Many people are tempted to do a single hour to "test the service." I'd recommend that you do not do this because it is often the case that you'll want more and there is a good chance that I'll have someone scheduled right after you.

If you are an int caster, it helps a lot if you have a Tolapumj's Robe, but it's not necessary.
