Lord Prismwing

For those of y'all who have done the Friends of the Tunarean Court quest, I can't seem to find Lord Prismwing up, and when I had a friend kill all the Drixie's for a couple hours near the portal where he is supposed to spawn, still nothing. Any tips? I have the whole quest almost done and he's blocking me from finishing!

I couldn't get him to spawn either, but he was up around the portal most of this week

I had been looking for him for well over a month, maybe two, but he was randomly up near dragon circle a few days ago. Pokesan says he's still up. RUN!!

I'm on red, I checked he's not up here. I ask here because probably more people have done the quest here due to population differences I've never seen the ring on anyone here.

Just keep killing the faery dragons by the goos, he'll spawn sooner or later
