Offering the PL services of a level 60 druid with ~80 hours (and counting) of PL experience for levels 1-35ish.
I charge a base 1.75k per hour (2k with ds potions), with discounts offered at my discretion if our session isn't up to my standards. I strive to make sure you get your money's worth. You are only charged for time spent on active PLs--pulls and kills, basically. The clock stops for travel, any med time, etc.
On average, not counting hell levels and xp penalties, I get about 4 levels per hour around level 10, slowing to about 1 level per hour by the mid-30s.
On principle and in the interest of efficiency, I do not compete for mobs. If our session appears to be negatively impacting or is being impacted by others' play, I will relocate to a less crowded area or reschedule, if necessary.
