When did The Hole go live?

Was it with Kunark or further in? I can't remember.

I always thought the Hole opened around the same time as sky. but since it didnt on P99 I am going to guess it launched with Epic Weapons.

My rather poor recollection places it ~2 months after Kunark, shortly before Epics.
