My friend introduced me to Project 1999. I bought the original EQ in 1999 and I loved every minute of my experience of the game. The game was fun to play, it was hard which intern made it fun.
Also has anyone noticed that people now adays, in the current MMO's that it isn’t the same crowd? ? ? Well what I’m talking about is that when I played the people where just, it seems more mature. I mean, lets say for instance Lower Guk, you have a few nice camps and spawns. Well when you enter the zone you ask for a camp check. Either it was taken or not and you respected that persons camp. I can NOT find that same respect on anything i do on a MMO nowadays. Also just another small fact in HHK on my Necro we used to kill the bards and nobles upstairs. Well it used to be so backed up with people wanting to camp it that there was a list. You wrote people’s names down and when you were done you gave the list to the next person. (It just will never be the same I think)
Well all and all I just want to thank the makers of this fine game / website for bringing back such great, great memories.
