Is this a good weapon for an SK to fear kite with?

I have never once picked up a piercing weapon on my 42 SK so there is that (all other types are maxed or close). If not what is a good fear kiting weapon. I am revisiting the SK for when the ogres of oggok are camped and I can't play my chanter. I will be fear kiting the guards and fishermen of WK. Thank you

is what I used on my SK through these lvls. Pretty good setup without breaking the bank.

Yes the Noc is what I previously used. Wasn't sure if there are better weapons now that velious is in full swing.

All the weapons in DN tend to be a better dps ratio. Or maybe even a reaver

That is rather a nice weapon and with the proc it'll save mana, will have to scout one out since its rather cheap as well Thank you.
