Spells Outdated Error

This is my first time trying to get on the game and I have done the new patch and everything and am still getting the Spells Outdated problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Make sure you patched it correctly. The spells_us.txt file should have a 09/05 modified date.

This error often occurs for no discernible reason, other than connection problems.
