Hasten, Bro Z and 1million Drakes

So the other day on my monk i got the idol from raster of guk. I went to Rathe to do the turn in. Hasten was up, no biggie.I killed him to hopefully get Bro Z... So, now 2 days later ive been camping this NON CAMP for hours. Ive seen hasten about 3 times, the unkempt guy about 4 but I have seen like 9 drakes spawn! Ive never seen more than 2 pHs spawn before hasten or bro Z before when ive done jboots. It is starting to drive me mad.... Is this broken?

I saw brother the other day, so I don't think it's broken. When I was trying to do J-Boots one night though I had like 10 drakes in a row and couldn't get Hasten to spawn which was annoying. I eventually gave up.

Next day I logged in and got another rapier and of course Hasten was there.

It always seems to me Bro Z is up when I want to do jboots, but now that I want Broz Hasten is up...cept he dont spawn like ever. I had a feeling it was bad luck,RNG can suck it.

The easiest way to get Brother Z to spawn is be a non monk trying to get jboots.

Can confirm. I killed the PH 10 times the other day trying to spawn hasten. Ended up going to bed and leaving Z up.

I'll trade you spawning Bro Z for Bro Q. Always up when I don't need him but now I'm some 50 or so phs into him appearing with a 20 min respawn.
