loss of mouse over pop up of names on items/buff

ok i am at a total loss and this is driving me crazy.

You know when you mouse over an item, or a buff in your buff window, it shows the the name of that item or buff? Well somehow that has stopped working for me. I have tried closing the game but it is still not working. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? is this some setting i somehow turned off? i have looked all over the options menu and cant find anything like mouse over tool tips or such to turn it back on.

Any help or ideas would greatly be appreciated.

if you hold alt and mouse over the general area, it usually shows all of the buffs, spells, or items in the bag/inventory.

well somehow it turned itself back on, go figure...crazy ass computers. Anyways, its working now.

This has happened to me too and I can't figure out how to fix it! I tried hitting all the function buttons, looking through the options, google and hitting alt+ every letter on the keyboard!

It's a small thing but is surprisingly irritating.
