Alot of people developed probs with windows 10.. I think there may be a thread somewhere in technical discussion, but idk if anyone figured out a fix

I use 10 with no issues but I also play through winEQ2 so maybe try that.

Windows 10 and vanilla Titanium here, no crashes. Make sure your internet connection is fine.

I play on Windows 10 with zero issues. Try setting the compatibility mode for EQ to Windows XP and see if that helps.

I run Windows 10, and I got Titanium, loaded it, and followed the Setup Guide exactly, and no issues.

Well, my shortcut to Launch Titanium.bat didn't want to work right until I made a 2nd one, and then it worked fine from desktop.

Right-Click the executable and set it to run in XP Compatibility Mode. That did the trick for me.

^^ was mentioned a couple comments up. It bears repeating though!

If you didn't do a totally fresh install of 10 you should probably do that. Gets all fucked up with carry-over Windows installations.

Make sure you've made a fresh install of EQ and p99 files on your new OS.

for me i saw that like 16 gigs of my ram was being completely utilized to 99%. I discovered my issue was using a motherboard with Qualcomm Atheros Killer™ E2200 (http://www.killernetworking.com/products/e2200). Since win10 sends everything back to Microsith (just use wireshark and see all those fucking network packets going out).

I disabled a bunch of shit but you can just update the drivers to the latest and it should work. I'd recommend looking investigating this as it seems it could be potentially related to your issue.

I use this. It forces EQ to use only 1 processor, and it helped me:

cmd.exe /C Start /affinity 1 eqgame.exe patchme

Yes, I have 2 boxes running xp. So what if support ended for it? It runs 6 core cpu's fine, just can't use a lot of RAM....

You mentioned you had just upgraded to Windows 10 - You know, we did the same in July with a system with Windows 7, before we started on P1999. That system spent a LOT of time patching after the upgrade. During that time, it was a pig, and you couldn't even connect to Google half the time! I wonder if the system isn't DL'ing a mess of new stuff to install/update? Maybe give it a few days of running 24/7, and see if it clears up after that?
