I like Baler, he a bit prickly like our turtle, but underneath I think he soft and squishy like everyone else ^^

Now, I don't know about praising the purge or ignoring people :c I can understand getting frustrated, but I I find I learn the most from people least like me and we all have our preferences and tendencies and while not all ambitions may be equally praiseworthy (mine are unsullied of course), outside of sincere malice don't think it is worth or even right to get rustled over ^^ I think the problem for many people is a fundamental misunderstanding of the actions and intent of others ^^

Absolutely nothing, it's a health fad that has little nutritional value and may increase your exposure to dangerous heavy metals, lead in particular, because animals tend to store them in their bones.

I don't really know what kind of bone you use. a T-Bone steak? Or just any random bones?

I have family that does use these tho.

I make chicken broth and then continue boiling the bones. I also get beef bones. Not sure what type tbh.

It is a good source of nutrients and easy to digest. Easy to turn into a great soup or stew, as well.

For the best result(from my experience, will heal gut and strenghten teeth) use the bones of free range sheep(not monsanto fed) and let the broth simmer on for several days. Add spices and such to taste. You can put this in the freezer and use it in any cooking, very Umami.
