Not all scientists agree, or agree that it's an issue. The 97% consensus has been proven false. Many of the scientists claiming man made global warming is happening and is a problem do so for the funding. There are plenty of scientists who disagree with made man global warming, or think it's not doomsday.

If the global warmists were correct, why are their models always wrong. It's because they give CO2 too much weight in their formulas and the sun not enough weight. They only use one aspect of the sun's output for solar forcing, but leave out other aspects of the suns output. That's not science.

Scientists say what the current evidence suggests, and they adjust their conclusions based on newly acquired evidence. Sometimes the new evidence means that their previous conclusion was incorrect. That doesn't make the previous thing a lie. That's how science works. You know how I know science isn't a big crock of shit? Humans may be contributing to pollution, but CO2 isn't one of them. In fact, CO2 is a weak greenhouse gas. Water vapor is a much stronger green house gas. Much of the little spectrum that CO2 does affects is within the spectrum of water vapor. Also, CO2 is only about 3% of the total green house gases, water vapor being 95%. Green house gases are only about 3% to 5% of the total atmosphere. Man has only contributed a couple of percent of the CO2. CO2 is currently 415 parts per million (ppm). A few million years ago, it was about 10 times as much. The earth seemed to do ok then.

Plants need CO2 and are starving for it because CO2 has dropped so much over the last few million years. Near the end of the last full ice age, CO2 had dropped to less than 200ppm. Much less would have caused a near extinction level event.

Even Patrick Moore (former president of Green Peace Canada) doesn't think CO2 is an issue temperature wise. He said the Earth has been greening more with the increase in CO2.

According to Wikipedia, the US+EU contribute about 25% of all CO2 emissions. So even if we completely stopped driving and flying and such we would barely make a dent in the increase of CO2, let alone actually start removing CO2 from the atmosphere.

Given this unfortunate reality, how do you plan to make political progress? China alone contributes over 1/4 of all emissions. How do you plan to convince them to stop polluting? Xi's stated goal 'China takes over the world'. He wants more industrialization, not less.

Consider, as you know, the earth has radically shifted temperatures in the past, even in recent times. Check out the medieval warming period, for instance. The second most important thing is massive tariffs on every third world item. For example aluminum in China generates 2-3x more CO2 than in the US if memory serves, plus massively more pollution. Then we need to stop using antibiotics, herbicides, and pesticides and massively reduce RF emissions, all of which are massively destructive to both humans and our environment.

a few million years ago, the earth wasn't the same as it is today. for all we know it was probably uninhabitable by humans. we don't live a few million years ago, we live right now. there were periods of time where there was no oxygen in the atmosphere, does that mean the earth was "fine" back then? it certainly wasn't fine for humans to be living back then.

I know very well humans weren't around back than, but other life was. If 10 times the CO2 level increased the temperature at the rate the global warmists say it will, then the temperature would have been too hot for most, if not all, life back then. Well, that didn't happen. So, at least their rate of temperature increase is incorrect.

Also, from the late 1800s to the 1930s the temperature increased to the point that the 1930s is warmest is the 100 years, probably the warmest since the medieval warm period, which was as warm, if not warmer, than today. The rate of CO2 increase was very small since man had yet entered the industrial revolution full steam and there were relatively few cars then. The significant increase in CO2 really took off after WW2. But, in the 1960s and 70s the temperature starting dropping to the point there was a global cooling scare. How do you explain that with the rapid increase in CO2? The low point was 1979. Then, temperature increased again until 1998 with a spike up in that year. After that the temperatures went up and down, average little change until a spike in 2012 and again in 2016. Since 2016, temperatures have been more or less decreasing on average.

If the little increase in CO2 that occurred prior to WW2 caused the late 1800s to 1930s increase in temperature, then the temperature should be much warmer now than back then due the rapid increase of CO2 after WW2. But, it's not. This is why the models are always wrong. They give CO2 much more weight in their formulas than it should.

Ok. if you want to nit pick. I guess I should have said CO2 in the atmosphere has little direct affect on global temperature. CO2 levels affecting plant growth and plant growth affecting the local climate would be an indirect affect.

I haven't lost the argument. Just because I found a benefit, doesn't mean I'm wrong about the affects, or lack thereof, of CO2 on global temperature.

By the way, if man made global warming was true, why do the global warmists have to manipulate data so their data more closely match the models, other than accepting their models don't match the real data? Also, why does the lame stream media downplay many record cold temperatures around the world, while focusing on the few record warm temperature over the past 2 or 3 years? Why is it that the lame stream media convinces people that the Arctic has melted so much that some get stuck in ice because they thought their path in the Arctic was going to have little or no ice?

If man made global warming is such a huge issue, why do AOC, Al Gore, Hollywood elites and other alarmists not practice what they preach? Many of them contribute to CO2 more than the average person. They are just a bunch of hypocrites.
