Unless the servers have gone down again, I triggered it Monday around 5:15 ish when the server came up.

I showed up at 5pm EST on Friday and missed it by a few minutes. I'd try showing up at 4:45pm EST or earlier.

From the reset last night:

That's +8GMT time, so it translates to 3:40am EST. Might be good to make the random time 3:30am EST then

As of 23 March 2017, Gloradin Coldheart spawns at 5:10 AM EST.

It would be a good idea to push the roll time to 4:50 AM, at a minimum, so that it better corresponds to the natural spawn cycle push back. Current roll time is 4:30 AM, giving a 50 minute wait between roll and spawn. Let's not be mindless sheeple and let "it was like that before I got here" rule us.

Could we move 8th Ring War roll to within 30 mins of spawn time? People have delayed this "roll" and "turn in time" so far apart is redic. imean have to wait 4 hours if you win the roll how dumb.
