what race are you?
human - put 5 in all
halfling - 20 in dex, 5 sta
ogre - all in str
troll - all in cha
dark elf - 30% int, 30% cha, 30% dex
those are the only warrior races that matter

Dex or Sta
Str is pretty easy to obtain for warrior gear.
I strongly encourage you to pre-plan obtainable end game gear. This way you'll know exactly in which stat you're lacking.
If I had to decide... I'd lean towards dex.
I also encourage you to play ogre if you want to be a top tier warrior raid tank.
---
If you end up with a high level Enchanter and Shaman..
Maniacal Strength - Increase STR by 68
Mortal Deftness - Increase DEX by 60
Focus of Spirit - Increase STR by 67 & Increase DEX by 60
(135 str + 120 dex)
Boon of the Garou - Increase DEX by 100
(135 str + 220 dex)
But you aren't always going to have a high level shaman or enchanter. :(
AC and Racial ability is pretty important too..

this, and Sakuragi's guide, are both very useful. They'll help you avoid a lot of early game mistakes. You'll be happy leveling with higher DEX than STA because the slight increase to proc-rate will affect group situations more than a few dozen hp.

Indigo Brotherhood :D
You instantly win fashion quest!
That stat distribution is far from the worst. You should be fine with that. Your base stats are something like 70 str, 95 dex, 80 sta.
Ultravision and hide can be useful.

Go all STA, if you want to super min/max go CHA.

Boon of the Garou and Shaman buffs plus perhaps Avatar should fix any and all DEX needs. Lots of intermediate, planar and end-game gear gives tons of STR. Then there's STA, this might be tricky if you don't go dwarf/troll/ogre/barbarian. So what's left? AGI, which doesn't matter. INT/WIS, for trade skills, easily bumped with gear and a buff. CHA, haha, right.
So then, are you a new player? Or a vet with plenty of plat? And what race do *you* want to play? In my opinion, any dwarf/barb/ogre/troll warrior will succeed with the most basic of gear whereas the races with lower stats (human/half-dark-wood elf/halfling/gnome) will need a bit of loving. Iksar also rocks, because of the innate AC, but they're pretty low on stats as well.
A set of banded gear, +HP rings and decent weapon(s) will get you well into your 30s. Replace bits and pieces as you go and find your way into a decent guild with some raiding capacity at 40+. You'll be dependant on groups anyways unless you got the mula to get a fungi so you should encounter plenty of people.
ps - a staff of battle (31/37) goes for 500ish plat and sometimes lower. This weapon can carry you from 20 to 60 as pure dps~

I regret almost every day not dumping every single point into STA. don't be dumb like me and dump it into dex, that's so easy to max with buffs

This is the real answer. STA or GTFO.
