Stonebrunt Mountains

So - what are everyone's thoughts on this new zone? Opportunities for XPing either in group or otherwise? I had some decent luck animal charming on my 32 druid up in the Northern part of the zone - might be decent for quadding once at 34 also.

Any cool things folks should aim to do? I've perused a couple of the quests on the wiki but I'm sure there are others.

I went there this morning on my monk to check it out quick. Looks like it'd be a great druid zone for charming animals. I don't know how good it'd be for other people; there were already 4 level 50+ people there farming shit on a Tuesday morning...

It's a big zone... <shrug>

If I remember from Live, Stonbrunt Mountains was kinda a dead zone. Not a lot too do. (But it is a good druid quadding/charming zone, lots of space)

Dis was one of the best weapons .....procs at level 20 (80dd!), can do the quest without too much trouble, can wield 2 of them.....was so oobar.

It's a really fantastic zone for druids level 32-40+ for charm kiting. Make sure to use Levitate so you can see mobs sneaking up on you :) Great xp though if you can avoid adds.

Did charm solo on my enc there for a little bit around the kobold camps near the Warrens ZL. The shaman camps are mostly DB mobs at level 25, easy to keep up with 8-10ish spawns once broken with lull and there's a zoneline nearby if you get in trouble. Lots of DB wanderers too if the camps aren't respawning fast enough for you. Would be a good spot for a lot of solo or duo classes in the low-mid twenties.

Great zone. I dont know why people wont go to this and warrens more often, you can bind very close and there is safe travel from the rings/spires. Good zem and tons of mobs.

I have a 21 monk parked in stonebrunt right now if anyone is trying to exp. Was there the other night with 2-3 others, no healer although we were twinks, and got great exp. Few others in zone. Bring sow pots if you can afford.
