Weapons that proc at levels 1-10

Hello all,

In the future, I plan to level a melee alt and would love to keep an eye out for some fun weapons that proc starting at levels 1-10.
I don't know what the state of nerfs/drops are on p1999 these days with respect to these weapons, so can we start a list here of what weapons are known to proc at those low levels?

To name some lvl 1 capable procs off the top of my head.

Crookstinger, Fire/Water/Ice/Slime Crystal staves.

Do low level characters ever have the dex necessary to make a procing setup work? Nearly all of those weapons have a pretty bad ratio.

If it counts for anything, at low dual wield skill, the off hand procs more often than it swings. Maybe http://wiki.project1999.com/Sarnak_Liberator isn't so bad for the teens.

Also, the starting weapon has a horrible ratio and people use that for a while before upgrading to rusty, bronze, fine steel.... also, fights last a while in the low levels, and you miss often. Perfect for proccing an 85dd, for example.
