Warning, spent time making characters that just disapeared one day

I'm a new player who has spent some time making a few lower characters. I logged in and they where gone. So a reinstalled the program and and 1999 files and still no characters. Support didn't do much and said my characters still showed up to them.
I'm a tech guy so cant be on my end, reinstalled many time even on other machines. So play at your own risk, and after you invest tons of time, your characters can go away, and you time is wasted.

As I have stated in your petition, you were logging into one of your accounts that had 0 characters created. I posted your account name that had the characters you referenced, read your petition.
