It's an item that converts health to mana each time you click it. Dropped from Evil Eye in Guk early in the game, but taken out. Restriction on it is that it is only usable in old world (pre-kunark) zones.

@SoekiWiz I'm not sure what you're trying to point out? One would assume a similar sentence structure - I don't change my typing style per post. Also, I tend to capitalize/use punctuation where deemed necessary by the grammar rules I still remember.

I often find that those who are so quick to accuse are often guilty of the offense they're accusing someone else of.

I just recently started on p99 and haven't played eq since '01, or about then. All of this manastone stuff *really* is new to me.

Back then Yrzep was a gnome wizard. I went bad to the bone this time (he's now a gnome NEC).
