Harmtouch Reset on Death

Currently HT resets upon non-exp death on Red99, and should not during our current era. According to patch notes this change should take place with the February 21st 2001 patch.

Due to the recent improvements to "Harmtouch", it is doing much more damage than it would before and unbalances PvP. As such it will now do less damage in PvP (68% of PvE, down from 80%). In addition, Shadowknights on the PvP servers were routinely killing themselves via non-XP losing means and attacking other players with Harmtouch immediately upon respawn. In order to address this situation, Harmtouch is no longer automatically "recharged" by death on the PvP Servers.

Can confirm this is still a thing. Was in City of Mist leveling and an SK rushed our group and used Harmtouch on a necro and then he died. 30 seconds later he comes back naked and uses harmtouch on the necro again thinking he could kill him with bind rushing Harmtouch. We had a cleric in group so he failed over and over.
