When you say "Active Account" do you mean that the others just don't play anymore (which could return at any time, should they choose to do so) or are the others banned?

well there were 6 that dropped on the server. 1-2 were wiped in RMT and the others havent been seen in over a year. So... i guess they could come back and play, but it doesnt seem overly likely.
