Newbie troll shaman help

Hi i am completely new to EQ and wanted to try it out but im not sure on what to do now. I am in Innothule swamp right now and im not sure if i should still be there because i am level 5.

Can anyone explain the basics so that i know what to do??

Without going into to much detail, I'd suggest hitting up the Library section on these forums. They are packed with information.
