I might be interested. Wiki says proc is a 20% slow, ratio is not that amazing... anyone know why is this better than Truncheon of Doom thats a 50% slow?

Wavecrasher Slow is Magic based.

All slows are magic based in P99. Atleast all that are available to players via procs, spells or clickies... with exception of the Trident from Lord Koi Doken in NToV. Disease Slow is a Luclin addition.

You *should* be able to charm the green drakelings in NToV that proc a 20% Disease based Slow but for whatever reason they flagged them Charm immune which isn't classic.
