looked back as far as i could and couldnt seem to find a post i saw a while back that linked to a map pack for the server that has all the maps that are missing currently.

No, they are not classic and adding them wouldn't be allowed. Tho theres one for butcherblock mountains somewhere, since its a newbie zone.

Because some of the zones with maps enabled, have the wrong map. Here is a link to some historical maps:
