Yes they are. I had a order from bob, had to end it due to the crazy price of the item and me not wanting to pay it. Bob couldn't be online (real life I assume) so evilbob gave me my deposit back. Both legit

well i have proof that i did give him my alt's account info for him to sell, and 3 days later i check on it, and it's suspended.
