There are some weapons with AC to them, for instance Dagas (http://wiki.project1999.com/Dagas) and Blydreln's Bane (http://wiki.project1999.com/Blydreln%27s_Bane). Does their AC work like a shield's or like worn armor instead?

Thanks in advance!

It counts as worn armor, as do off-hand items with AC but which aren't shields. If an item counts as a shield you can bash with it.

Worn AC counts toward your AC soft cap and its benefit is reduced beyond that cap, based on class. Shield AC does not count toward the soft cap and always grants the full benefit.

Ac got revamped a few times, and obviously this is a fake server, so the system could be anything.

Under one (some?) system ac from shields was included in the worn ac from other items (subject to cap) and then added a second time (without cap).

I believe the classic system didn't do anything special with shield AC; using a shield was just a way to get your AC closer to the worn cap and to unlock the bash ability.
