why no Ring of Surefall Glade

I don't understand why we dont have ring of surefall Glade Zam says it was in the classic era so why not have it in the game

This spell was patched in a month before Luclin's release (NOT with Jaggedpine), so it will be added late to p99.

It also comes with the banker in Surefall too right? My mind is hazy on that.
