Login gone????

ive tried all the combinations i can think of and its even showing that there is not a login account for the game i used this account for a ip exemption a year and half ago and i have the emails from moregan. How can i get my account going again i only had a 25-29 druid as my main name was kaylen or kalyen and a couple low levels names Jfive or Jfifth or Cebekil,Sabekil , Any help would be great im willing to give all the formation needed to the GM but do not know how to petition and can not log in. How do i submit through the website?

Why don't you petition here on the site, there's a petition section you know. Ask them for assistance?

and if i should keep trying ive exhausted all my thoughts can you remind me does server login require a Capital letter and number etc
