Guys,

Whoever is spamming the Fippy Darkpaw websites chat with the Project 1999 website please stop. You are giving our community a bad name, if you want to advertise great but spamming the website in chat over and over and circumventing bans isnt helping...

Just a thought.

While I appreciate that some of you have been spreading the word about Project 1999, please do not be malicious in doing so. I have received complaints from website admins that some people have been flooding message boards with our link, and I have also heard that someone was flooding an IRC Channel with SOE representatives present. We do not condone this behavior. Spreading the word about Project 1999 to your friends via word of mouth or a single post that is on topic, or mentioning it to a group on Fippy is acceptable, but spamming is not.

Do not post about it in forums that have decreed it unacceptable.
Do not spam it in any sort of public chat, especially sony channels or ones that have sony employees present.

Thanks.

Whoever is doing it knows what they are doing and is operating under the mistaken assumption that if they make it look as if our community is behind it then sony will try to shut this server down. Same person that has been spamming ec in all likelyhood.

According to the fippy site, the servers are at max capacity. Although I can't confirm my self, it would be a huge blow to the release of this progression server.

Don't worry about it. We're working with the guy who runs the board to make sure any future problems cease to exist.
