Which is sexier?

Balancing sexiness against min max.. I have one final character I want to make and I want her to be a tank. No ogre or troll. Honestly its either an erudite sk or paladin, high elf paladin, barbarian warrior, dark elf sk.. I am leaning toward the erudite or high elf because I like the battle beastly lady in an armored fancy dress.

I don't care about natures defender as much but.. Ill be only gently twinked (I.e. a nathsar, banded armor, shiny brass shield, wraithbone hammer, sword of skyfire) and wondering whats more likely to be successful on the server (i.e. id never even consider epic for any class as a possibility due to hard core lockdown on all raids) ive got the character envisioned and the desire to tank but not sure how much an sk is gimped vs a paladin and I do know creating either is gimpy in p99 regardless. So whats sexy? :p

Erudite SK or Paladin is going to look amazing in full plate. With Paladin you can eventually get Soul Fire for extra style points, but SKs also have a huge variety of cool looking weapons.

Don't worry about what's in high demand too much, pally vs sk is an age old argument but when it comes down to it both are highly valued in groups and to be frank both are more useful than warriors in group situations due to their versatility. SK and Pally can both solo, but SKs are generally faster at it.

Sexy is a non min maxer who knows how to play their class irregardless of their race or gear. Sexy, and the best group-mate, hands down.

Does Ghoulbane drop off the High Elf Paladin in West (or is it South? The one that isn't connected to Greater Faydark) Felwithe on p99? I mean yeah it would take a group or whatever, maybe more, instead of being an easy solo, but that's still an easier, guaranteed spawn that drops it every time and respawns every 15 minutes instead of the godamn LGuk drop or questing it.

Haven't scrutinized the comments section, but yeah I used this guy for my Paladin's epic on Live and both SKs.

I mean he would have to exist because it says he's part of the Enchanter epic, but whether or not he drops Ghoulbane is the million dollar question.

From your choices there is no question. Barbarian warrior is the best most sexy one. Ever seen beast master or Conan you can draw your experience from these models if you want but with a northern feel

The first two images are the normal look from each side (many helms have no graphic, including Crown of Narandi). The third image is the custom Skyshrine helm (welding helmet, or Prexus deep-dive helmet, if you prefer). The fourth shows how it protects you from burning your face off when you salute with epic, and the fifth shows the shield that Oblie linked to earlier.

Erudite Female tanks look amazing :D I love it. I think its down to Erudite paladin or SK then :D

I'm biased and have never played an sk but I'd say roll paladin. Here's a couple of things about them that might help you with your decision:

-Pallys are extremely versatile/have more utility compared to SKs. They can lull, root, stun, heal and CH (a gimpy CH at 60). So basically they can tank, heal, CC and pull. Also, the first stun they get plays well with enc spells bc it doesn't break mez.

-They are good at fighting undead mobs since they get vs undead nukes, fear, invis, and ghoulbane, great spear of dawn and other vs undead proccing weapons(some are sk useable too).

-They can heal just as well as a shaman throughout the upper 40s (superior heal), and get a 700hp heal over time + 90% res at 59.

-Cleric buffs + divine aura!!!

-At higher lvls they get a self regen that drains mana but stacks with sham and druid regen. Pretty sexy with C2 + POTG + Crown of Narandi.

-They get a buff that gives em an extra proc (moar deeps).

-In velious they are good for getting charm breaks off of encs, which is very valuable for mobs like aow and tunare (1 enc pet is much higher dps than 1 single rogue). So they are CC at raids.

-Warriors go apeshit over divine strength, a 200hp buff that stacks with everything except a lame ass ranger atk buff.

-The epic is only worth fashion quest points. Its not a very good weapon with velious out.

I like paladin gameplay better myself, over sk. Agree with all of this.

The only thing sk gets that no one else gets that is remotely worth envy is their gigantic purple epic 2h sword. That thing looks awesome.

Other than that, I like all the things a paladin brings to the table, making it more fun to play and imo a better group tank.

As a raid warrior I can confirm that paladins get a useful buff and shadowknights do not. It's a no-brainer.
