Newly Made Alt with 200K to spend what would you make?

Hey all!

If you had 200k to spend and you were going to make a new alt; what class, race, and diety would you make and what equipment would you give them? I just want to hear lots of cool ideas!

200k should get a Fungi, CoF, and a badass weapon which is all a melee needs to shred to like level 50. Not sure what benefit any caster classes would really get from that level of twinkage...

I vote erudite SK with fungi, CoF and massive dragonclaw shard!

You'll put rangers to shame.

You'll need:

1) Exquisite Velium Reinforced Bow
2) The most expensive quiver the market has to offer
3) CoF
4) Jboots
5) Staff of Battle
6) Ceremonial Iksar BP (you'll want some regen, but not too much so it's easy to stay in zerker rage)
7) A bag full of root nets
8) Purple dyed fine plate in all other slots.
9) a level 45 ranger alt with a tolan's bracer to summon bags of arrows and drop trade them on the ground. I guess mage would work too.
10) millions of other arrows

Here's the strategy: you go beat on a mobs until yo've dropped to zerker rage. then you fucking high tail it and bow-kite. You can get crippling blow shots upward of 300 damage, and if you're smart and put all of your points into DEX, you may get that fairly often. In fact, make sure you roll whatever race has the highest innate dex.

As long as you're willing to be outdoors, or have the most dope ass kiting abilities, you can easily solo your way to 60 as a warrior.

It might if the OP can get the Torpor for 100K and the epic MQ and tear for 75-100K... But it's all a big "IF"

Druid idea sounds fun. Druids can use fungi tunics and post-nerf fungi sticks. But aren't manastones over 200k thus breaking the budget?

Golems now drop CT's old loot table, so the main guilds lock them down (presumably with only a handful of characters?).

oh wait you are serious? Try getting a child's tear and good luck since fear golems are permacamped. They are like 80-100k for the MQ/loot rights

From a quick look at post history - OP seems to already have a Monk, Shaman, Mage, Enchanter, and Bard.

Grab a Fungi/CoF and pretty much any melee you make will be OP as f#ck compared to the general populous. I made a SK recently and went the cheaper (free actually, camped myself) route of Iksar BP and Silver Chitin Gloves and camped a Sword of Pain from Velkators while I was there for the gloves and Spider Fur Belt. Added in a few pieces of cheap Blood Ember armor, Orc Fang Earrings, few more expensive HP items, and so far my little SK is basically wrecking sh!t. I also recently made a druid with absolutely nothing on him and have leveled to level 35 super fast. Like 1kpp for spells is about all you need until 50s for the druid. Necromancer is the same, Z Heart is nice but hardly game breaking with Iskar regen already being high - He is level 58 and could function naked almost as well as he does in 300k worth of gear.

It was super fun 'unlocking' these upgrades while levelling my ranger thru the 50s; 40% worn haste, 50% clicky, slow proc, worn regen... great ratio weapons! Good times!

I had to grind out the drops as the hoi polloi I am, I wonder how much the clicky haste cloak MQ would cost?

Clicky haste cloak is a Sky quest result, as such can not be MQ'd. You can, however, purchase the loot rights for the Keeper of Souls no drop piece.

Although I don't have near enough plat to try to attempt to purchase the sky cloak no drop piece (I'm assuming, since it's in high demand), I do have my 56 Ranger parked in sky. How he got there is a sad story of being camped out with keys on isle 1 in case of Noble spawns and Sky raids, and had no spare bag to corpse. Thus, he is now sad, the Lonely Ranger on top of the Lonely Island. :(

or, die, only loot a bag that contains keys, move keys to inventory/cursor and then corpse them that way?
