I am selling A Crazy Cleric Breastplate. Everything necessary for the quest (except you must be able to get yourself to PoM).
I will help you get the necessary containers, and all quests necessary to get the breastplate from start to finish. Everything will take approximately 10 minutes once you get to Plane of Mischief as long as Bob the Painter is spawned (meaning no one is killing the treasure chest).
NO FACTION WORK REQUIRED! NO MQ RISK! Everything you turn in yourself!
