Whats wrong with SoW?

I have a thread in bugs section, but i need more feedback then one reply that really didnt help. I have been to Kelethin's SoW vendor and Rivervales, and both of them appear to be bugged in some way. Both tell me when i go to memorize them that my class (druid) can never learn this spell, plus it says that the level needed is 255. I got to 14 today, so i was looking forward to getting it. Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem?

Alright, the changing of spell file, is that one of those separate things you download to extract into the file, the one you find in the set up guide? Or explain what you mean by change the spell file.

Aside from the fact that there are some new things in p99. I am still having issues with my SoW, and as far as i can tell, i did the file thing, but i really dont know what it is, no one has told me if i was right from before, and just want to get this figured out.


First, Follow steps 1-5 in the guide for setting up EQEmulator at the Play Guide on EQEmulator. Once you have completed Step 5 there are additional modifications you must make to play on Project 1999 without any problems.

After completing the Guide above, you must make a few modifications to your Everquest files. Navigate to your Everquest Titanium folder and move the following files out of the folder (Preferably create a new folder named "Backup" to put them in):
arena.eqg
arena_EnvironmentEmitters.txt
lavastorm.eqg
nektulos.eqg
Nektulos_EnvironmentEmitters.txt

Then download the following file and extract into your Everquest folder, overwriting any files if it prompts you to:
Http://www.project1999.org/files/eqchangesv3.zip

Navigate to the uifiles/default folder within your Everquest Directory and copy the files from the following zip into it:
Http://www.project1999.org/files/uichangesv2.zip

I can just assume you unpacked the spellfiles into the wrong folder. Wrong UI-folder would be my guess, you copied it into "default" but using "default_old" or something like that?

Not sure if he posted it here...but on the bugs forum he states he is using the SoF client not titanium and the devs already closed his post for that reason. Could be an easy fix by going to titanium
