Lore Window?

I seem to remember when I first came to p99 that upon character creation, there would be the "Help and Advice" popup window, as well as a popup window that had a bunch of Norrath-based Lore and stuff.

Back then I never really got into reading it, but now I want to...

and I can't find it!

By the way all the stories in my client say 2005, not sure if the dates are accurate though.

I'd wager Allakhazam might have some of it, but I wouldn't know where you'd look to find it - perhaps a specific piece in a google search with "allakhazam" as a search criteria in there?
