Faction for Ella Foodcrafter to take Warmly Glowing Stone?

I'm finally ready to finish my druid epic, but my past days hunting the weak hobbits of Rivervale have caught up to me. Ella Foodcrafter wants me dead, so of course she won't accept my Warmly Glowing Stone in exchange for the Elaborate Scimitar.

What faction level is required for this turn in? Can I open trade window, invis myself for indifferent, and get my scimitar that way? Or do I need to Puppet Strings charm her?

Most of the faction-pumping quests aren't available because all the hobbits hate me

Kill goblins to raise druid faction (Storm Reapers).

Elle Foodcrafter is on the Storm Reapers (druid faction). I'm not aware of any tricks to turn in while kos, if wolf form doesnt do it. But I have fixed this faction on my evil chars killing in Runnyeye and doing the Warbeads/Orc Belt quests. The orcs in South Ro are usually open and can easily farm backpacks full of belts to turn in

Unfortunately I can't do the beads until amiable, at which point I would already be able to turn in with Ella if I just farm BBM goblins. I do it quests that require indifferent quite easily thought, like bandages with Honeybugger. Just open trade, invis myself for indifferent faction, then do the turn in. I can harmony Ella while she is at a static point, stand by her, open trade window, and invis myself for indifferent the exact same way, but I'm just worried I need amiable or something to get my scimitar.

I spent a few hours killing goblins in BBM to find I was still scowling, even in wolf form. I'd just like to confirm that my simple trick won't work until I commit to days of goblin grinding.

Runnyeye is probably better. Far more goblins in a far smaller space. Scowling currently maxes out at -2000 or so, and each goblin is +1. You need 1300 hits to reach threatening.

I found that only the goblins near the first floor of Runnyeye give Storm Reaper hits, and they are listed as +1. The hits in BBM come from every goblin except the aquas, and the hits are listed as +10.

Anything listed as +10 in the wiki that's not a named is most likely a +1. Whoever put those numbers in was WAY off.

Yeah, that seemed too good to be true, but it just means it'll take even longer.

Can't I just borrow some puppet strings?

UPDATE:

Looks like dubious is the required level for both Ella and Xanuusus. At least, indifferent from invis was enough to cover it. Xanuusus is a PITA though because he seems to be cancelling any active trade windows every tick.

Yeah, dubious is all that is needed for the hand-in.

I also ruined my faction when I was a young and dumb druid. I just AoE'd Runnyeye for an hour or two then handed in a bunch of deathfist belts to Deputy Budo. Now they all love me again, except the Mayor.

He doesn't forget halfling genocide easily.
