Been enjoying this weapon so far. The proc on it *feels* stronger than a standard shaman slow but I learned a long time ago that anecdotal evidence is not reliable.

I noticed this has 9 disease counters. Do these disease counters add additional aggro on top of slow? Just curious - any insight would be appreciated :)

All slows have disease counters which is why they generate so much aggro that you gotta pull off the caster.
