I would just recommend joining a guild that does Plane of Sky. Its a very uncommon drop that a lot of rangers want. If a small group were to try and farm it for you, they would mess up the planned guild raids that are scheduled weekly. Since MQ of the item is not enabled you would have to be brought up during/after the fight.

Thank you for your reply! While your advice is certainly spot on unfortunately I am already in a guild that raids the Plane of Sky and am still having trouble obtaining this item due to the low drop rate. I also understand that not every guild has a plethora of Rangers in their raid force which is why I am hoping to find one willing to selling the loot rights to this item rather than seeing it rot / go to a low level alt.

That being said if anyone has this item drop and is willing to allow me to loot it for 50k please send me a PM, I am able to get to island 4 on a few minutes notice! <3

I don't think this is true. I'd say 90% of the time during the week you could kill a keeper and not disrupt anything, although yes it's true that doing it on certain days in primetime would be problematic and might impact someone's raid.

Throwing in a Hierophant's Cloak also to the guild / party that is willing to sell loot rights to this item. That's approximately ~100k worth of plat + items (85k + Hiero cloak). PM me if interested, as always I am parked on island 4 and capable of helping kill Keeper of Souls if anyone wants to try and get this done when island 4 is available and not being raided. Of course we will have to be mindful of respawn times to ensure that we will not be disrupting raids if we do this. I also have a necro parked on island 4 for corpse summons if anyone is interested in helping out (likely on a Tuesday or Saturday morning when sky is not being raided).
