64. Kerafyrm (a.k.a. the Sleeper)
Kerafyrm was never meant to be killed. The dragon, imprisoned in an icy cave called the Sleeper’s Tomb, was designed to awaken only once on each EverQuest server, kill everyone in sight, and then wreak havoc across the game world. Each server that triggered the event failed to slay the dragon. The story line demanded they fail. Everyone believed the Sleeper was indestructible. But the last server to make the attempt, Rallos Zek, managed to get the boss down to a quarter of its health before developer SOE allegedly despawned it, robbing Rallos Zek of its victory. After intense backlash from its player base, SOE apologized and respawned the dragon. Rallos Zek gathered nearly 200 players to make a second attempt. Kerafyrm’s attacks killed dozens of players at a time. Clerics resurrected them. Back and forth it went until, about four hours later, the “unkillable” Sleeper finally died. Over a decade later, the incident remains one of the MMO genre’s biggest controversies.

45. Silver Knight & Laser Eye - Nope. I didn't have problems.

3. The Nameless King - No. He wasn't too bad.
2. C’Thun - Prior to WoTK release my guild took him out. The fight was considered at the time to be quite difficult. I never got the bottom piece of the staff.

No Path of Exile (https://www.pathofexile.com/news) bosses. Bad list is bad.
No Utima Bosses
No Dragon Quest bosses
What is this a list for little girls with frail limbs?

I played MGSolid on hard when I was a kid cus I wanted to get my monies worth.
I felt like it was the right decision cus it had no mini map and maps are for basic people.
But I was never able to beat the final boss.
Same exact story for the second to last boss of Shadows of the Empire.
Both those bosses had this attack that on hard mode basically 1 shot you before you could even figure out any semblance of a pattern, also no save state right before them, so we're talking like 19 minuets at least of gameplay to even get to them, so any hope of figuring out a pattern was impossible unless you were truly autistic.

I personally one-shotted all 100 of these bosses as a 12-year-old kid, blindfolded, with one hand tied behind my back.

That's pretty cool list. Brought back some good memories. They were that hard of bosses though.
Like that it had YouTube videos lol. I watched a lot of videos today.

every NES megaman level/boss.
This carried on through to the GBA. Megaman Zero 2 was insane, just insane.
Also I never beat Mike Tyson, one of my gaming regrets I'll have to resolve at some point.

every NES megaman level/boss.
I literally never had issues with any of the Megaman for NES. I didn't exactly one shot everything but the curve wasn't real. I would say stupid ass Ninja Gaiden (original) was unnecessarily difficult. I mean break several controllers difficult.

Kerafyrm was only killed because a recent patch had rendered NPC Regen bugged. Rallos Zek players specifically noticed and took advantage of this to kill him. It wouldn't have been possible otherwise, as his regen was way more than their DPS normally.
One of the hardest mobs in the game I would have to say was Tunat`Muram. He wasn't even killed until after the next expansion came out with a 5 level increase and more AA's, gear, etc.

Disagreed, we could had done that long before with the Ranger Bow delay bug in EQlive before the hotfix in Sleeper when they could shoot like a machine gun. I was begging my guild to take down Sleeper but Ascending Dawn leaders refused.
Also it was a long long fight over a couple zonelines with the whole guilds in Rallo Zek joining force together.
After that non loot drop, they all wished they had done it before with Ranger Bow delay bug.
Wish you were here.
