Green (or whatever it gets called) will happen, because it's the entire point of Project 1999. If you think Blue is everyone's end goal it just means you haven't been paying attention to posts from Rogean and the rest of the team.

Blue is just the "beta server" for Green: it exists solely to get the code right, but the server the staff wants (and has always wanted) is a truly classic server with a classic timeline. Blue has always just been a stepping stone towards that, and if they stopped at Blue they'd never realize the dream they created this entire project for.
