lost toon from account

my lvl 5 enchanter is gone... Mezzery was the name...
I was away for a week and just got back last night and am back online now,
when i logged into account i had no created toon...

could it have something to do with the IP exemption that was asked for but still not actioned yet?

what she said cuz i did this one day and freaked out cuz i had no characters at all

dont use auto login. it sometimes picks the wrong server
