Was wondering if anyone tried dictate on the dude ? I'd like to do the focus quest but I trashed my faction to scowls.

Haven't tried did my quest before trashing my faction. He's 58 and dictate works up to 58 so maybe?

I've read on allakazham he wasnt charmable, but that was on live. I have hopes..
